Kids Night Out
Kids ages 5 to 13 are invited to come enjoy well-supervised recreational activities sponsored by the baseball team and provided by the great facilities of Skidmore College’s Williamson Sports Center 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. this Friday, Nov. 8. Host an international student for Thanksgiving
Each year, Student Academic Services matches international students who can't go home with Skidmore families who would like to add cheer and intercultural exchange to their Thanksgiving meals. Members of the Skidmore community willing to host an international student at their meal should express interest through a brief survey. Contact Chloe Jaleel with questions.
EMS opens soon for spring scheduling
EMS will open on Monday, Nov. 11, for spring event scheduling. Those with questions or who need training on how to use EMS or order services (media, event setup, catering) should contact the Scheduling Office.
Help build a trail in the North Woods
Help the Sustainability Office build a new trail in the North Woods. for a North Woods Trail reroute from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 15. Volunteers of any experience level are welcome to contribute for any amount of time. Email Celia Darling to RSVP.
Updates from Dining Services
Dining Services will be selling homemade breads and pies for Thanksgiving. All orders must be received by Thursday, Nov. 21. Dining Services will also be hosting two themed dinners in November: Harry Potter on Tuesday, Nov. 19, and an international dinner on Thursday, Nov. 21. Both dinners will be held from 5 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Please visit the Dining Services website regularly for updates, Spa Specials, hours of operation, and other information.
Permanent closure of Broadview campus branch
Broadview Federal Credit Union will permanently close its campus branch at the close of business on Friday, Nov. 15. and will no longer maintain an ATM on campus. Broadview customers can continue to use nearby locations at 7 Lowes Drive in Wilton and 2439 Route 9 in Malta. Note that Adirondack Trust Company continues to operate an ATM in Case Center.

Toys for Toga at the Skidmore Shop
Help give local children a happy holiday by donating to Toys for Toga. Join the Skidmore Shop for the second year in a row by dropping off new, unwrapped toys in the bin at the front of the shop, through Dec. 12.
